These terms of use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Bicova LLC (“Bicova,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website at https://bicovatech.com or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

User Content

You grant Bicova a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute and display the User Content in any media.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws or infringe any intellectual property rights
- Transmit any viruses, malware or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or systems
- Interfere with security features or features that prevent copying
- Interfere with the operation of the Services
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate or link to third-party websites, apps, products or services. Bicova does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, practices or policies of such third parties.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BICOVA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
BICOVA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BICOVA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
BICOVA’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bicova from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the Services.
Payment Processors
We use secure third-party payment processors like Stripe and Wise to process online payments and transactions. When you make a payment, some personal information like your name, billing details, and payment data is collected by these processors to facilitate the transaction.
However, we do not store or have direct access to your full payment card details. That sensitive financial information is securely handled and stored by the payment processors in compliance with industry standards like PCI-DSS.
We only share the minimum required data with our payment processors to enable transactions. This data is never shared with or sold to any other third parties. Both Stripe and Wise use robust security measures to protect your personal and financial information.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with any documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bicova regarding your use of the Services.
